Christmas Cafe in Inverness offers a cozy, cheerful spot that locals often turn to for a laid-back breakfast or midday pick-me-up. The café’s playful holiday theme carries through the décor, creating a lighthearted, welcoming environment that’s especially friendly for families with kids. It’s the kind of place where you can stop by on a weekend morning for a well-made vanilla latte paired with a freshly baked cinnamon roll or a savory bagel sandwich—the cheddar habanero bagel with scallion schmear gets regular nods for its balance of cheesy warmth and subtle spice.

Beyond coffee, the menu showcases classic café fare with a twist, from their unique lox dip served with pita chips to homestyle comfort options like shepherd’s pie and chicken alfredo meals to go. Those looking for something sweet won’t be disappointed either—cupcakes, cannoli, and tiramisu are on offer, making it a fine choice to satisfy both savory and sweet cravings. The bakery case is well stocked and changes regularly, reflecting the family-run, home-cooked approach customers appreciate.

Visitors can expect plenty of indoor seating, making it an amenable spot to linger over a slow morning or grab a casual lunch. The vibe is relaxed and friendly, and the staff—often members of the owner’s family—are known for their approachable service and genuine smiles. Regulars often pick up food to go, but the ample seating means you can comfortably eat in with a few friends or work quietly on your laptop during off-peak hours.

The best times to visit are during weekend breakfasts or early afternoons when the café hums with local chatter but doesn’t feel rushed. It’s a place that feels rooted in the community, where longtime residents stop by for consistent quality and a warm atmosphere. If you value straightforward, no-nonsense coffee paired with thoughtful menu options and a down-to-earth vibe, Christmas Cafe fits the bill for a dependable local spot in Inverness.

Stopped in to see what this store was all about. Was greeted with a smile. Baked goods in the case, sandwich menu, and home cooked meals to go. Shepherds Pie Chicken Alfredo, Vegan Gluten free pasta salad, Protein bowls w your choice of shrimp or chicken, brisket with mac n cheese to name a few. All sounded yummy. Plenty of sitting room to eat in, or to go is an optiin also. I will be back to order. And yes, there is a Christmas theme going on. Cute

This local bagel spot has the cutest atmosphere and amazing service. The Christmas theme is so fun and cute for the kiddos. The bagels are incredible—perfectly chewy with just the right crisp. The cheddar habanero is a must-try, delivering cheesy goodness with a subtle kick, especially when paired with the creamy scallion schmear. Grab a made-to-order sandwich or take home a half-dozen or dozen. Definitely a go-to for bagel lovers! They currently have the cutest Valentine’s Day rainbow bagels!

The first time I came into their family owned spot was to test out their homemade bagels. I’m from Miami so my standards are high. I was so excited, I brought my husband in anticipation. Sadly, we were turned away for a private party. One day, I went to the local Inverness farmers market and I saw kids selling bagels so I jumped on it, I bought 2, one for each son. They loved them. I still didn’t try them, I bought them because it was a local family but I recognized the Christmas name. Recently, I went to the coin laundry with my son and decided to try them out. I am sooooo glad I did! We both got jalapeño cheddar bagels with cream cheese. The place is sweet, clean and great service. They have so many options. I definitely recommend them. I’ll be back.
